•    Survey design and implementation
•    Focus group activities (internal and external)
•    Information and assistance with the Academic Council process
•    Assistance in reviewing alignment of program, course and module outcomes
•    Review of the range of instructional and assessment strategies used across the program curriculum
•    Information on work site based experiences
